Here I am dropping by yet again. I am normally known to criticise food & people. So here's my take on
THE WAY CHILDREN TREAT THEIR PARENTSI feel very disgusted seeing the way those elderly parents being treated by their kids. All the years spent taking care of them since they came to the world goes to the drain. The parents work so hard to put their kids through a good life and sent for proper educations. All the money earned from years of working their ass off were spent on these 'Lil Angels' hoping they would grow up with proper upbringings. Yet all the love and care showered on their 'hopeful generation' came to nothing.
Here are some ways
ADULT treat their parents that irked me out.
->Working individuals still expecting pocket money from parents.
->Not perfoming their duties as children.
->Family doesn't fall under priority list.
->Parents only come in mind when in need of help.
Here's a sad story that really blew my top;
*A 70+ year old widow who stays with her daughter;the 2ND of her three children. Her eldest son is a religious man who never fails to perform the 5 prayers daily. Yet he seemingly forgets about his elderly mother who gave birth to him. He rarely visits her and gave excuses whenever she ask him fer her allowance. However,he has the time to attend religious classes and travel overseas. Once the pitiful lady had to walk fer some 200m just to get a mere $50 allowance from her eldest son. Get this,he earns thousands monthly and his two grown up kids are either married or working. Never has any of the two grandchildren ever came to visit her.
Her 3rd child is not worth mentioning. He claims to look after her, yet dumped her at his sister's house after selling their house fer the
3rd time. So do i need to say more?
So currently residing with her only daughter,she has to work to earn her keep. Her daughter can only afford to provide her elderly mother with a room and proper meals daily due to financial constraint. She has three schooling kids and two other grown up sons.
FILIAL PIETY;meaning:Devotion and reverence to parents and family
So please people,remember what your parents have sacrificed fer you and your siblings. Please show some appreciation fer all the tender loving care showered upon you since you were young. Without them,you are no one. You wont even get to see this world if not fer them. So please,fulfil your duty as children to your parents. You wouldn't want your kids to treat you as bad,do you?
